AHA-1988-016 RESOLUTION NO. AHA88-16
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE BY-LAWS OF THE
ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY CONCERNING REGULAR
MEETING TIMES.
WHEREAS , the Anaheim Housing Authority has heretofore
established days and times for regular meetings of the Authority;
and
WHEREAS, the Authority desires to change the time- of
certain of its regular meetings ; and
WHEREAS , Authority members have received seven days '
notice of the nature of this proposed change in the By-Laws .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Section 501 of the
By-Laws of the Anaheim Housing Authority be amended to read as
follows :
"Section 501 . Regular Meetings
Regular meetings shall be held without notice it.. the
Council Chambers of the City (or any other place,--- ' c-
established by Members of the Anaheim Housing
Authority) on each and every Tuesday of each month
unless the same shall be a legal holiday, in which
event such regular meeting shall be held on the <:nex•:t . ..
succeeding business day at the same hour and location
as otherwise specified herein. Regular meetings of
the Authority shall be scheduled to commence at
1 : 25 p.m. except for the regular meetings held on the
first and third Tuesdays of each calendar month which
shall be scheduled to commence at 6 : 28 p .m. "
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the meeting time established
by this resolution shall become effective on January 1 , 1989.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Housing Authority this 20th day of December, 1988 .
