AHA-1989-001 RESOLUTION NO. AHA 89-1
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
APPROVING A FOURTH AMENDMENT TO AN AGREEMENT WITH
THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT OF
HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT.
WHEREAS , the Anaheim Housing Authority and the State
of California did, Son March 30 , 1981 , enter Contract No . 80-HA-043
relating to housing assistance ; and
WHEREAS, a fourth amendment to said agreement has
been prepared, the terms and conditions of which are acceptable to
the Anaheim Housing Authority.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE . IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim
Housing Authority that :
r'.. 1 . The terms and conditions of said amendment be , and
they are hereby, approved.
2. The chairman and Secretary of the Anahe\ m Housing
Authority be, and the are hereby, authorized to exe.cute---said
amendment on behalf of the Anaheim Housing Authority
