RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPERSEDING PART I
OF SECTION 8 HOUSING CERTIFICATE PROGRAM
ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF-498 (E)
AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
THE ANAHEIM HOUSI-NG AUTHORITY ("PHA") desires to enter into
a superseding Section 8 Annual Contributions Contract ("ACC") with the
United States of America ("Government") for the Section 8 Existing
Housing Certificate Program.
The Section 8 ACC must now be revised so that it will
consist of the following parts:
a. Superseding Part I of the ACC, HUD 52520B (8/88) ,
applicable to the Section 8 Existing Housing Certificate
Program, extending the term of Exhibit I projects to June
30, 1992.
r- b. Exhibit I, Projects Appropriated Before Federal Fiscal
Year, 1988.
c. Exhibit II, Projects Appropriated in Federal Fiscal Year
1988 and Later Years, adding Project No. CA-16-E104-902 .
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the PHA, ,as„-follows:
1. The SUPERSEDING Part I of the ACC, together with Exhibits
I and II, for the Housing Certificate Program are ' he"reby approved - and
accepted. The Chairman or Acting Chairman is hereby,„--authorized,- and
directed to execute the counterparts of the ACC on behalf_,'of..the,:`PHA,
and the Secretary is hereby authorized to impress the"-official, seal of
the PHA on each such counterpart and to forward ' such executed
counterparts to the Government together with such other documents
evidencing the approval and authorizing the execution thereof, as may
be required by the Government.
2 . This Resolution shall take effect. immediately.
