ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY MEETING
June 3, 2003
The Anaheim Housing Authority met in regular session.
PRESENT: Chairman Curt Pringle, Authority Members: Tom Tait, Shirley McCracken,
Bob Hernandez and Richard Chavez.
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager David Morgan, City Attorney Jack White, City Clerk
Sheryll Schroeder.
A copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority was posted on
May 30, 2003 at the City Hall outside bulletin board.
Chairman Curt Pringle called the regular meeting to order at 5:30 P.M. in the Council
Chambers of the Anaheim City Hall, 200 South Anaheim Boulevard.

Additions/Deletions to the ARenda: None
Public Comments:
James Reade spoke about receiving his gas and electric bills late from the mobile park
owner and not allowing ample time to pay thus incurring late charges.
Alma Ramirez referred to the lack of affordable housing in Anaheim.
Consent Calendar: Items 1 - 3, Authority Member Hernandez moved to approve the
Consent Calendar, seconded by Authority Member Tait. Roll call vote: Ayes - 5;
Chairman Pringle, Authority Members: McCracken, Tait, Hernandez, Chavez. Noes - 0.
Motion carried.
Authorize the Housing Authority to apply to the U.S. Department of Housing and
Urban Development for fifty vouchers under a Notice of Funding Availability
(NOFA) for the Section 8 Mainstream Housing Opportunities for Persons With
Disabilities Program and authorize the Executive Director to execute the required
certification and application documents.
Authorize the Executive Director to submit and execute required documents for
an application for $200,000 under HUD's Housing Counseling Program which will
be used to help cover operating/program costs.
Approve the regular meeting minutes of the Housing Authority meeting held May
13, 2003.
