ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING
June 10, 2003
The Anaheim Redevelopment Agency met in regular session.
PRESENT: Chairman Curt Pringle, Agency Members: Tom Tait, Shirley McCracken
and Richard Chavez.
Agency Member Hernandez was absent.
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager David Morgan, City Attorney Jack White, Secretary
Sheryll Schroeder.
A copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim City Council was posted on June
6, 2003 at the City Hall outside bulletin board.
Chairman Curt Pringle called the regular meeting to order at 6:09 P.M. in the Council
Chambers of the Anaheim City Hall, 200 South Anaheim Boulevard.
Additions/Deletions to the Aqenda: None. Secretary Schroeder announced a
correction to Item 2, the correct expiration date was June 30, 2005, not June 5, 2003.
Public Comments:
James Reade spoke about a total redevelopment of the downtown area.

Consent Calendar: Items 1 - 3, Agency Member Tait moved to approve the Consent
Calendar, seconded by Agency Member McCracken. Roll call vote: Ayes - 4; Chairman
Pringle, Agency Members: McCracken, Tait and Chavez. Noes - 0. Motion carried.
Agency Member Hernandez absent.
Approve increasing the Second Mortgage Assistance Program loan limit from
$25,000 to $35,000 and approve revisions to the Guidelines for the
Redevelopment Residential Rehabilitation Set-Aside Loan Program.
Approve and authorize the Executive Director to execute Amendment No. 2 to
the Professional Service Agreement with Purkiss-Rose/RSI increasing the total
contract authority by $50,000 and extending the contract expiration date to June
30, 2005 for landscape architectural services.

RESOLUTION NO. ARA2003-5 RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM approving and authorizing the execution
of a Cooperation Agreement by and between the City of Anaheim and the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency for the provision of public improvements and
making certain findings in connection therewith (related to Council Item A22).
