ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY MEETING
August 26, 2003
The Anaheim Housing Authority met in regular session.
PRESENT: Chairman Curt Pringle, Authority Members: Tom Tait, Shirley McCracken, Bob
Hernandez and Richard Chavez.
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager David Morgan, City Attorney Jack White, City Clerk Sheryll
Schroeder.
A copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority was posted on August
22, 2003 at the City Hall outside bulletin board.
Chairman Curt Pringle called the regular meeting to order at 5:25 P.M. in the Council Chambers
of the Anaheim City Hall, 200 South Anaheim Boulevard.

Additions/Deletions to the Agenda: None
Public Comments: None
Consent Calendar: Items 1 - 3, Authority Member Hernandez moved to approve the Consent
Calendar, seconded by Authority Member Chavez. Roll call vote: Ayes - 5; Chairman Pringle,
Authority Members: McCracken, Tait, Chavez and Hernandez. Noes - 0. Motion carried.
Authorize the submittal of an application for $150,000 under the Federal Home Loan
Bank's Workforce Initiative Subsidy for the Homeownership Program and authorize the
Executive Director to execute the required application and certification documents.
RESOLUTION NO. AHA - 4 RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY authorizing (I) the submittal of an application to the California State
Department of Housing and Community Development for funding under the CalHOME
Program, and (11) the execution of a standard agreement if selected for such funding,
any amendments thereto and any related documents necessary to participate in the
CalHOME Program.
Approve minutes of the Authority meeting held August 19, 2003.
