The Anaheim Housing Authority met in regular session.
PRESENT: Chairman Curt Pringle, Authority Members: Tom Tait, Bob Hernandez,
McCracken and Richard Chavez.
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Dave Morgan, City Attorney Jack White, Secretary
Sheryll Schroeder.
A copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority was posted on
August 15, 2003 at the City Hall outside bulletin board.
Chairman Curt Pringle called the regular meeting to order at 5:32 P.M. in the Council
Chambers of the Anaheim City Hall, 200 South Anaheim Boulevard.
Additions/Deletions to the Agenda: None
Public Comments: None
Consent Calendar: Items 1-3 Authority Member Hernandez moved approval of the
Consent Calendar, seconded by Authority Member McCracken. Roll call vote: Ayes - 5
Chairman Pringle, Authority Members: McCracken, Tait, Chavez and Hernandez. Noes
- 0. Motion carried.
Approve an Exclusive Negotiation Agreement with Mercy Housing
California to identify a suitable site for an affordable multifamily housing
project.
Approve revisions to the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program
Administrative Plan to incorporate the Department of Housing and Urban
Development's mandated program integrity measures.
Approve minutes of the Housing Authority meetings held June 3, 2003 and
July 8, 2003.
Adiournment:
There being no further business, Chairman Pringle adjourned the Anaheim Housing
Authority Meeting at 5:35 P.M.
