ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING
FEBRUARY 10, 2004
The Anaheim Redevelopment Agency met in regular session.
Present: Chairman Curt Pringle and Agency Members: Shirley McCracken, Bob Hernandez,
Tom Tait and Richard Chavez.
Staff Present: City Manager David Morgan, City Attorney Jack White, and Secretary Sheryll
Schroeder.
A copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency was posted on
February 6, 2004 at the City Hall outside bulletin board.
Chairman Pringle called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at
3:25 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Anaheim City Hall, 200 South Anaheim Boulevard.

PUBLIC COMMENTS - CLOSED SESSION: None
Chairman Pringle recessed to closed session for the following purpose:
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL-EXISTING LITIGATION Subdivision (a) of
Section 54956.9 of the Government Code
Title: Cook v. City of Anaheim, et al., Orange County Superior Court Case No.
02CC15083
Mayor Pringle reconvened the Redevelopment Agency at 5:30 p.m. There were no reports on
the closed session item.

CONSENT CALENDAR - ITEMS 1-3:
Agency Member Chavez moved approval of Consent Calendar Items 1-3, seconded by Agency
Member Tait. Roll Call vote: Ayes - 5; Chairman Pringle, Agency Members: McCracken, Tait,
Hernandez, and Chavez. Noes - 0. Agency Member McCracken abstained on Item 3. Motion
Carried.

Approve expanding the geographical boundaries for the Second Mortgage Assistance
Program and Residential Rehabilitation Set-Aside Loan Programs making them
available to participants citywide.
Approve the homeownership Equity Participation Assistance Loan Program (EPAL) and
documents implementing EPAL and authorize the Executive Director to execute all
requisite EPAL documents.
