A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE' CITY OF ANAHEIM cERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR RQAD ,AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PUkPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of' purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit~ An easement for road and
~ublic utiiity PUrposes
and
WHERE~AS, the owner___s of said property have~ offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of. the city of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of RAMEY B. METZ and
SYLVIANE R. METZ~ husband and ~ife, and E j_ T. METZ, a married
man as his sole and ~gR~a~ate property_.

property situated in the City of Anaheim~ County of Orange,
State of California~ to be used for an easement for road and

over~ under and across the Easterly 60.00 feet
(as measured at right angles to the center line
of Brookhurst Street) of the North 130 feet of
the following described parcel of land:
The East half of the Southeast quarter of the
Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of
Section 7, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in
the i~iancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California.
Except the North 2.88 acres thereof.
