A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE' CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of' purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and

to sell and convey the same t--6-the City; and

WHEREAS, the City Council of' the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the city of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of FREDRICKS DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION
to sell to the City of Anaheim the foli0Wing'-described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California~ to be used for an easement for road and
pubii.c_ utility purposes

An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and. across that portion of Lot 27 of Anaheim In-
vestment Company Tract, as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 7, pages 33 and 34 of bliscellaneous Maps, records
of said Orange County, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 27, said
corner for the purpose of this description being the
center line intersection of Euclid Street, and Palm
Lane; thence South 0° 16' 51~' East along the center
line of said Euclid Street, a distance of 419.90 feet;
thence North 89° 1~' 2" East a distance of 53.00 feet
to an intersection with a line parallel with and 53.00
feet Easterly, as measured at right angles from the center
line of Euclid Street; thence North 0°16' 51" West a dis-
tance of 365.47 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve
concave Southeasterly and having a radius of 25 feet;
thence Northerly and Easterly along said curve through a
central angle of 89° 34' 53" an arc distance of 39.09
feet to an intersection with a line parallel with and
distant Southerly 30.00 feet, as measured at right angloes
from the center line of said Palm Lane; thence North 0
t~' 51'' West a distance of 30.00 feet to the center
line of said Palm Lane; thence South 89° 18' 2" West a
distance of 77.60 feet to the point of beginning.
Note: For the purpose of this description, the Westerly
line of said Lot 27 is assumed to be the center line of
Euclid Street.

BE IT' FURTHER RESOLVS]D that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar. ($1o00) o
