A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE'CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PUP. POSES. -
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of' purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for ~uniciRal purposes, to wit~ An easement for road and
~pub. lzc utzlity purposes '
and
WHERE~AS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same t-~-the City~ and -----
WHEREAS, the City Council of' the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of. the CitY of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ANAHEIM GARDENS a

property situated in the City of Anaheim~ County of Orange,
State of California~ to be used for am easement for road and

An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Northerly 53.00 feet (as measured
at right angles to the center line of Ball Road) of
the following described parcel of land:
The North half of the Northwest quarter of the North-
east quarter of Section 24, Township 4 South, Range
11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 51, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California.
Excepting therefrom the Westerly 338.71 feet thereof.
Also excepting therefrom the Easterly 793.00 feet.
be, and the same is hereby~ accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim~ and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey~
ante of said property~
BE IT ~URTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim~ the sum of One Dollar ($1~00)~
