A RESOLUTION' OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO
THE GENERAL PLAN DESIGNATED AS AMENDMENT
NOo 35 o
WREREAS~ the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim has heretofore duly passed and adopted a resolution re-
commending denial of an amendment to the General Plan in the
general location and vicinity of the property described in
Reclassification Proceedings No. 64-65-21 and being
generally bounded by o°
Muller Avenue on ti~e west;
Lincoln 7~venue on ti~e south;
A line approximate!}· 1500 feet north of Lincoln Avenue
on the north; and.
A line approximatels+ 1350 feet east of Muller Avenue
on the east,
and comprising approx..i~tely 45 acres,.as shown and described
on Exhibit ~%~. .on f~le in ~he City Plannzng Department, after
having held a p-~--~Iic hearing in the manner and as prescribed by
law to consider said proposed amendment~ and after having re-
ceived evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS~ following the hearing thereon~ the Planning
Commission did duly announce by formal resolution its findings
of facts and declare its opinions and reasons for recommending
denial of said amendmen= to the General Plan, designated as
Amendment No. 35 ~

WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, summary of
evidence, report of findings, and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Council did fix the_ 6__t_h day of
~_ October .... , 19 64 as the time and the Council Chamber in
the City Hall of t~-~ty of Anaheim as the place for a public
hearing upon said proposed Amendment No. __ 35 . to the General
Plan and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided
by law; and

WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for 'said Public
hearing, the City Council did duly hold and conduct such public
hearing and did give all persons interested therein an oppor-
tunity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports"and
did thereupon consider the recOmmendations of the City Plannin~
Commission; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that
Amendment No° 35 to the General Plan, encompassing~he afore-
mentioned and~y described property included within the
proposed amendment to the General Plan, as shown on Exhibit
__~.~: _, on file in the City Planning Department, should be
apProvedV, ~
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Amendment No,35 to the General
Plan, encompassing the aforementioned an--d-~~rally descrtbe.~

property, as shown on said Exhibit ~= be~
is hereby approved° ~
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Department be,
and i~ is hereby ins~ructed~ to amend the General Plan Map to
conform to General Plan Amendment No. __35__~_____ herein approved,
