A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE' CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit ~ An easement for road ~.and

WHEREAS, the owner of said property has
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
offered
WHEREAS, the City Council of' the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of. the CitY of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property°

records of Orange County~ California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point distant Southerly 53 feet from the center
line of Ball ]load and Westerly 793 feet from the Easterly line
of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of said
Section 24; thence parallel with said E~sterly line South
0° 25' 02~ East 277~3! feet to a point distant Northerly
330.00 feet (measured at right angles) from the Southerly Iine
