A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE' CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of. purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility 'purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have
to sell and convey the same t-~-the City~ and
offered
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the CitY of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of JOSEPH M, ANTON and
MARY M. ANTON, husband and wife,
to sell to the City of ~aheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim~ County of Orange,
State of California~ to be used for am easement for ro~d ~nd
public utilSty purposes
~, and more particularly described as follows~
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across that portion of Lots 1, 2 and 42 of the Hart Sub-
division, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 7, page 20 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, and
that portion of the alley abandoned by the City of Anaheim
by Resolution No. 64R-512, being described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the South line of the North
40.00 feet of said Lot 42 and the West line of the Easterly
5.00 feet of said lot 42; thence Westerly along the said
South line of the North 40.00 feet, a distance of 15.00 feet;
thence South 0° 02' 38'~ East parallel to and 45.00 feet
Westerly fro[n the center line of Lemon Street (measured
at right a~gles), 125.29 feet, more or less, to the begin-
ning of a tangent curve, concave Northwesterly and having
a radius of 25.00 feet; thence Southwesterly along said
curve through a central angle of 120° 59' 30", an arc dis-
tance of 52.79 feet to a cusp, said point being on the
Southwesterly line of said Lot 2 and the Northeasterly
right of way line of Los Angeles Street; thence South
59° 03' 08" East along the said Northeasterly right of way
line of Los Angeles Street, 24.56 feet to the beginning of
a tangent curve concave Northwesterly and having a radius
of 21.00 feet; thence Northeasterly along said curve~
through a central angle of 120° 59' 30", an arc distance
of 44.35 feet to the point of tangency of said curve, said
point being in the West line of the Easterly 5.00 feet of
said Lot 1, thence North 0° 02' 38" West 182.96 feet to
the point of beginning.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property~
BE IT FUR1HER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim~ the sum of One Dollar ($1o00) o
