A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE'CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit~ An easement for road and
,public utilit~
and
WHERE~AS, the owner s of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same t-~-the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the CitY of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of~Anaheim that the offer of WILLIAM BENTON HARRIS
and WANEVA ~. ~HA~ husband and wife,
to s-~l to the City of A~ahei~ the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim~ County of Orange,
State of California~ to be used for an easement for road and
~ublic utilit_y__~poses

An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Westerly 60.00 feet
(as measured at right angles from the center line
of Brookhurst Avenue) of the following described
parcel of land:
Lot Seventy-six of Tract No. 1808, as shown on a
Map recorded in Book 52, pages 39, 40 and 41
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County, California.
For the purpose of this description the West
line of said Lot 76 is assumed to be the
center line of Brookhurst Avenue.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey~
ance of said property~
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
