A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE~ CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of' purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit~ An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHERE~AS, the owner~%__ of said property ha ve
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
offered
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of NELSON E ~.NDICOTT amd
DORIS A. ENDICOTT, husband and wife, and LAURA'POPLOWSKE~ a
widow.

Lot Thirteen (13) of Tract No. 743, as shown on
a Map recorded in Book 22, page 10 of Miscellane-
ous Maps, records of Orange County, California.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property,~
BE IF FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1o00) o
