IN CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
NO. 233 AND )ECLARING t~SOLUTION NO. 62R-587
NULL AND VOID.
WTfEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit~ on
June 19~ 1962 adopt i~esoiution No. 62E-587 granting Conditional
Use Permit No. 233 to Agnes Doian and Jerry Dolan, permitting
the establishment of a child care nursery on the property
described in said resoiution~ subject to certain conditions
therein set forth; and
~EREAS, the petitioners for said Conditional Use
Permit have requested that all proceedings in connection with
said permit, due t:o financial difficulties, be terminated
NOW, THEi~FO~, BE iT Y~$OLVED by 'the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection with
Conditional Use Permit No. 233 be~ and the same are hereby
terminated, and that Resolution No. 62R-587 be~ and the same is
hereby declared to be null and void from and after this date.
