A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A HOUSE MOVING
PERMIT TO KENNETH W. HOLT TO MOVE A DWELL-
ING FROM THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF BROADWAY
AND EUCLID STREET, ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA,
TO 1557 I~TEST b~BLE STREET, ANAHEIM, ~
CALIFORNIA.
P~HEREAS, KENNETH W. HOLT having filed a written
application for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house
from the southwest corner of Broadway and Euclid Street, Ana-
heim, California, to 1557 West Mable Street, Anaheim, California;
and
~REAS,~said application having been set for public
hearing on the 1st day of September, 1964, at the hour of 1:30
o'clock P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons resi-
ding within a radius of three hundred feet. from the property
upon which it is proposed to move said dwelling house, building
or structure, at least ten days prior to the date fixed for
said hearing, as the names of such owners appeared upon the
last available tax assessment roll; and
!~HEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing ~having been duly held
and conducted and all persons interested therein given an
opportunity to be heard, and the City Council having duly
considere~ said application for a house moving permit, together
with all evidence and reports submitted in connection there-
with, does find that said permit should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the application of said KENNETH
W. HOLT for a mouse moving permit to move a dwelling house
from the soutln~est corner of Broadway anC Euclid Street, Ana-
~eim, California, to 1557 ~Test Mable Street, Anaheim, California,
be, and the same is mereby, granted subject to compliance with
all of the provisions of Title 15, Chapter 15.32 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code relating to the moving of buildings from a point
within the City of Anaheim onto a lot within the City of Ana-
heim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this ist day of September, 1964.
