A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE NO. 1628.
PCHEREAS~ nhe City Council did on May 5, 1964 adopt
Resolution No. 64R-321 granting Variance No. 1628, permitting
a waiver of the one-story height limitation within 150 feet
of R-A zoned property to allow two-story construction on the
property described in said resolution, subject to certain
conditions therein set forth; and
WqiEREAS, the City Council finds that the final map
of Tract No. 3823, subdividing subject property, was recorded
in the Office of the Orange County Recorder on August 11,
1964, superseding Variance No~ 1628.
NOW, Th]it~FO~, BE IT t~SOL~ED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that all proceedings zn connection with
variance No. 1628 be, and the same are hereby terminated, and
that Resolution No. 64R-321 be, and the same is hereby declared
to be null and void from and after this date.
