A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAH~M APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO
THE GENERAls PLAN DESIGNATED AS AMENDMENT
NO o 27 ~
WHEREAS~ the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim has heretofore duly passed and adopted a resolution re~
commending denial of an amendment to the General Plan in the
general location and vicinity of the property described in
Reclassification Proceedings NOo 64-65-2 and being
generally bounded by~
Ail that area within a radius of approximately 300 feet
of the intersection of Dale Street and Ball Road,
and comprising approximately seven acres~.as shown and described
on Exhibit "B" on file in ..t-~-~ Planning Department, after
having held~ic hearing ~n the manner and as prescribed by
law to consider said proposed amendment~ and after having re~
ceived evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS~ following the hearing thereon~ the Planning
Commission did duly announce by formal resolution its findings
of facts and declare its opinions and reasons f~r recommending
denial of said amendment t~ the General Plan~ designated as
Amendment NOo 27 .... ~ and
WHEREAS~ upon recelpt of said resolution~ summary of
evidence~ report of findings~ and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission~ the City Council did fix the~___J~]~o~day of
~ Au~u__s~ ........ ~ 1.9 64 as the time and the Councml Ch~mq~er in
the City Hall of t~ty of Anaheim as the place for a public
hearing upon said proposed Amendment Noo _~/ to the General
Plan and did give notice thereof in the manner an-~as provided
by law~ and
WHEREAS~ at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing~ the City Council did duly hold and conduct such public
hearing and did give all persons interested therein an oppor-
tunity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports and
did thereupon consider the ~ecommendations of the City Planning
Commission; and
WHEREAS~ the City Council does find and determine that
Amendment No° 27 to the General Plan, encompassing the afore-
mentioned and g~y described property included within the
proposed amendment to the General Plan, as shown on Exhibit
, on file in the City Planning Department~ should be
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Amendment No. 27 to the General
Plan~ encompassing the aforementioned an-~generally described
property, as shown on said Exhibit "B" beT and the same
is hereby approved°
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Department be,
and it is hereby instructed~ to amend the General Plan Map to
conform to General Plan Amendment No° 27 herein approved°
