~! iiESOLUTiON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CiTY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
RE~YL PROPERTY FOR bfUNICIPAL PURPOSES.
~EREAS, ti~e City of Anaheim did heretofore enter
ineo an escro~ with JOSE LOPEZ and PAULINE LOPEZ, husband
and wife, at United California Bank, Anaheim Main Office,
Anai~eim, California, for Uhe purchase of the hereinafter
described real property for municipal purposes; and
5~HEREAS, said United. California Bank is now ready
~o close said escrow, and a deed has been prepared conveying
said property to the City of Anaheim free and clear of all
encumbrances except all general and special taxes for the
fiscal.year 1964-65, and all covenants, conditions, restric-
tions, reservations, rig~ts, rights of way and easements of
record, as approved by the Cimy Attorney.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT R~SOLVED 'by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim ~at the deed conveying the following
described property situated in the Cit~ of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, to wit:
Lot Nine (9) in Block D of Tract 592, Worthmore
Annex, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 19,
page 3, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California.
to the City of Anaheim, free and clear of all encumbrances,
except as hereinabove set forth, be, and the same is hereby
accepted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
BE iT F[~THER RESOLVED that said escrow holder be,
and it is hereby, authorized to deliver to said Vendors
~the amount of the pmrchase price of said property, hereto-
fore deposited in escrow, when all conditions of said escrow
have been met and complied with.
THE FOREGOING iiESOLUTiON is approved and signed by
me ti~is llth day of ~ugust, 1964.
