A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GP~ANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE' CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR SEWER, WATER AND
PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for sewer,~water
and public utility_~ses
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has
to sell and convey the same to the City~ and
offered
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of BRADMAC DEVELOPMENT

property situated in the City of Anaheim~ County of Orange,
State of Califoro~ia~ to be used fo~~ am easement for sewer,

An easement for sewer, water and public utility
purposes over, under and across the Easterly 10.00
feet of Lot 6, the Westerly 10 feet of Lot 7, and
the Westerly 15 feet of Lot 37, Tract 5083, as shown
on a map recorded in Book 200, page 37 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of Orange County, California
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property~
BE IT FURIHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1o00) o
this
