A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING ~ GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE'CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FORAN EASEMENT FOR WATER LINE
PURPOSES _
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of' purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit~ An easement for water ,line
purposes __;
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
offered
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the CitY of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of BRADMAC DEVELOPMENT
COMPANY, INC. a California Cor~oration~
to se--e~-~ to the City of~~ the foliowing described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim~ County of Orange,
State of California~ to be used for am easement for water line
~ and more particular y escribed as ~s~
An easement for water line purposes only, over,
under and across the Northerly 4 feet of Lot 7,
and the Southerly 4 feet of Lot 8, Tract 5487,
as shown on a map recorded in Book 200, page 34
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim~ and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property~
BE IT FUR1HER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1~00) o
this
