A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE'CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLI~C
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit~ An easement for ,_road and
public utility purposes ;
and
WHERE~AS, the owner s__ of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the CitY of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of WILLIAM M. FERDI: a
married man. a~_~_~arate property, and
GORDON HANEY a married m-an, as his sole ~nd ~eparate property,
to sell to the City of ~ th~o-~wing d~ribed real
property situated in the City of Anaheim~ County of Orange,
State of California~ to be used for am easement for road and
public utilit~oses

An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of Lot 6, Tract 1428, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 47, pages 8 and 9 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California,
described as follows:
Beginning at the center line intersection of Larch Street
and Lincoln Avenue (formerly known as East Center Street)
as said intersection is shown on a Map of said Tract
1428; thence North 74° 30' East along the center line of
said Lincoln Avenue, a distance of 142.15 feet; thence
North 12° 14' West along the Southerly prolongation of the
Easterly line of said Lot 6, a distance of 53.00 feet;
thence South 74° 30' West, a distance of 105.17 feet to
the beginning of a tangent curve concave to the Northeast
and having a radius of 15 feet; thence Northwesterly along
said tangent curve through a central angle of 90°, an
arc distance of 22.11 feet to a point 25.00 feet Easterly
from the center line of Larch Street; thence
South 74° 30' West, a distance of 25.00 feet to the
center line of said Larch Street; thence South 15° 30'
East along the center line of Larch Street, a distance
of 68.00 feet to the point of beginning.

City of Anaheim~ and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property~
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1~00) o
