A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE'CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILIT~Y
ELECTRIC POWER LINES AND CROSS ARMS.
WHEREAS~ the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit~ An easement for public, utility
electric power lines and cross arms __;
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha_~____ offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the CitY of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE I.T RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of CENTRAL BAPTIST CHURCH
OF ORANGE COUNTY
to sell to the City of~eim the-~wing e~ribed real
property situated in the City of Anaheim~ County of Orange,
State of California~ to be used for am easement for public
utili~ electric power lines and cross arms

An easement over the real property in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
described as:
An easement for public utility electric power
lines and cross arms over, along and across the
Northerly three (3) feet of that parcel of land
described as follows:
The North 15 acres of the East half of the South-
east quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 12,
Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho
Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51,
page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property~
BE IF FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim~ the sum of One Dollar ($1o00) o
