A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING _A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE'CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FORAN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
ROSE
WHEREA$~ the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of' purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit~ An easement for road *and
public utili~oses
and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property have
to sell and convey the same t-~the City; and
offered
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the CitY of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of O. PAUL SIGERSETH and

property situated in the City of Anaheim~ County of Orange,
State of California~ to be used for an easement for road and

An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Easterly 32.00 feet (as measured at
right angles from the center line of Nutwood Street) of
the East 330.00 feet of the North half of the North
half of the following described property:
The Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of the
Southwest quarter of Section 17, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on
a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said Orange County.
Excepting therefrom the South 6 acres.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim~ and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property~
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
