A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE~CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN HEAL
PROPERTY FORAN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS~ the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of' purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes~ to wit~ An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has
to sell and convey the same t-~the City; and
offered
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of.the CitY of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of CORA 0. GYDE, a widow,
to s-~ to the City of~a--~~ the-~-~ing described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim~ County of Orange,
State of Cali. for~ia~ to be used for am. easement for road and
_j~ublic utility__p_ur_~ses
__, and more p~~escribed as follows~
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Southerly 30 feet of
the East 80 feet of the South 200 feet of the
East 18.45 acres of the Southwest quarter of
the Northwest quarter of Section 18, Township 4
South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property~
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim~ the sum of One Dollar ($1~00).
