A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY-~ ANAHEIM~RTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR EASEMENTS FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY AND PUBLIC UTILITY OVERHANG PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: Easements for ro~d ~nd public
utility and public utility overh~ng purposes ;
and u
WHEREAS, the owners__ of said property ha ye
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
offered
WHEREAS, the City Council o£ the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of DOYLE HILL and
JOSEPHINE A. HILL~ husband and wifea
to sell to the City of A~aheim the following described real
property situated in ~he City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for easements for road and
public utility an_d_d pub!ic utility overhang purposes ,
~~, and more p~rticularly described as follows:
PARCEL ONE: An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Easterly 32.00 feet (as measured
at right angles from the center line of Nutwood Street) of
the Easterly 108.00 feet of the South half of the following
described property:
The Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of the South-
west quarter of Section 17, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded in Book
51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County.
Excepting therefrom the South 6 acres.
PARCEL TWO: An easement for overhang purposes for electric
power lines and cross arms over, along and across the Southerly
3.00 feet of the Easterly 108.00 feet of the South half of the
following described property:
The Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest
quarter of Section 17, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the
Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51,
page I0 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County.
Excepting therefrom the South 6 acres.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar
