64-517RESOLUTION NO. 64R-517 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEED- INGS IN CONNECTION WITH ~CLASSIFICATION NO. 59-60-58. 5~EREAS, heretofore, to wit, on the 5th day of January', 1960, the Ciny Council did adopt Resolution No. 5733 in Reclassification Proceedings No. 59-60-58, ap- proving the reclassification of nhe property therein described and changing it from R-A, RESIDENTIal-AGRICULTURAL ZONE to C-3, HEAVY-COMMERCIAL ZONE, subject to certain conditions set forth in said resolution; and WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that the conditions specified in said resolution have not been complied with by the applicant, and that said proceed- ings for the reclassification of said property should be terminated. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection with Application No. 59-60-58 for a change of zone be, and the same are hereby nerminated, and that Resolution No. 5733 be, and the same is hereby declared to be null and void from and after this date.
