A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING CONDITION NO. 3 of RESOLUTION
NO. 63R-874 PERTAINING TO CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
NO. 4.80.
~EREAS, the City Council did on November 5, 1963
adopt Resolution No. 63R-874 granting Conditional Use Permit
No. 480 permitting the establishment of a nursery school on
the property described in said resolution, subject to certain
conditions therein set forth; and
WItEREAS, Condition No. 3 of said resolution reads
as follows:
3'3.
That the front yard play area on the southerly
portion of subject property shall be delineated
on the easterly side with a chain link fence
42 incl~es in height.~
A~ ~,~EREAS, the City Council finds that said condi-
uion should be amended to permit the erection of a chain link
fence 6 feet in height instead of 42 inches in height.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council

tim same is hereby, amended by amending Condition No. 3 thereof
to read. as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 63R-874 be, and remain in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
