A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING_A_~P~NT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE'CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREA$~ the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit~ An easement for road and
public utility purposes ;
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
offered
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the CitY of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of j~t~ GASTELUM and

over, under and across the Easterly 32.00 feet
(as measured at right angles to the center line
of Liberty Lane) of that parcel of land described
as follows:
The Westerly i00 feet of the Northerly 60 feet
of the Southerly 300 feet of the West half of
the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter
of the Southwest quarter of Section 2, Township 4
South= Range 10 Wesn~ in the Rancho San Juan Cajon
de Santa Ana, as shown on a Map thereof recorded
in Book 51, pages 7, et seq, of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California.
For the purpose of this description, the Easterly
line of the above described land is assumed to be

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
