A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE~ CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN ~-AL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY
PUI~PO S E S.
WHEREAS~ the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of' purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit~ An easement for _public
~oses -;
and
WHERE. AS, the owner of said property has____ offered
to sell and convey the same t--6-the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim~ the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) o
