OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE PROPOSED REVISION OF
THAT CERTAIN FREEWAY AGPd~EMENT DATED FEBRUARY 4,
1964, RELATING TO THE PORTION OF THE SANTA ANA
F?cEEWAY, STATE ROUTE VII-ORA-174-ANA, BETWEEN
THE FULLERTON-ANAHEiM CITY LIMIT AT HOUSTON
STREET AND THE ANAHEIM-Oi~ANGE CITY LIMIT NEAR
STATE COLLEGE BOULEVAPd], PERTAINING TO THE
INTERSECTION OF ICATELLA AVENUE AND THE
CONkrECTION TO LOS ANGELES STREET.

Californis have heretofore entered into a Freeway Agreement
dated February 4., 1964, 're!atinl to the portion of -the Santa
Ana Freeway, State Highway road VII-Oi~-174-Ana, between the
ze.~on-Anaheim City ~m'~[ at Houston Street and the

Revise the intersection of Kate!la ~enue and the
connection to Los Angeles Street, all as shown
circled on the print of the State of California,

March 20, 1964.
NOW, THEi~FOi~, BE IT £~SOLVED and ordered that 'the
City Council of the City of Anaheim hereby concurs and approves
the proposed revision set forth hereinabove, it being under-
stood that z revised freeway agreement incorporating said
revision is to be entered into at some future date~
