WHEf<~.LAS, the City' Plauning Com~nissi. on of the City of
A~aheim did h<-,ld ~ p~blic }~e~rir'~g in Reclassification Proceed-
ings No. ~.~.7~.~!~ ......................... to consider an amendment to
Fitle 18 of the a.r, aheim bbmicipal Coae relating to zoning, and
to consider a <ha~ge ~ the bou~daries cf the zone or zones
hereinafter mentioned a~d described, and at said hearing did
receive evidence an~J rep~rts from persons interested therein
and from its s~aff;
WMEREA$, withi~ a period of forty days following said
hearir~g thereon the Plan~ing Commission did duly adopt a reso-
lution contai~]_ipg a r<:.polt: of its findings, a summary of the
evidence presented a~ sai,i hearing, and a recommendation that
the proposed a. mendt:,.e~,.t be adopted by the City Council and that
a certain zone or zo~;~,~s be changed as hereinafter set forth;
and

for a public hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18
of the Anaheim Municipal Code, and the exclusion of said prop-
erty, hereinaiter described, from the zone or zones in which
it ~s now situared~ and the incorporation thereof in the zone
or zones hereinafter sec for[h; and did give notice thereof
in [q"~e m~'mer a~d for~ a~.~ provided in said Title 18 of the
Anaheim blunicipal Cc, de; and
W~EREAS, a~: the ti:ne and place fixed for said public
hearing the City Ccmncil did hold and conduct such public
hearing, a,r~d did give all persons interested therein an oppor-
tunity tt~ be heard~ and did receive evidence and reports, and
did thereupon consider the summary of evidence presented at
said public hearing, before the Planning Commission, its report
of findings, and recommendation; and
WHEREAS, ['he City Council does find and determine
that ~he amendment to Ti. tie 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
should be adopted and that the property hereinafter described
should be excluded tr~m the zone or zones in which it is now
situated and incorporated in the zone or zones as hereinafter
set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the CJ. ty of A, ahei..m that Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code be, and the same is hereby, amended and that the following
descri, bed property, situated in the City of' Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California~ to wit:
63-64-116
Lots I l-~o 15, both inclusive, of Tract No. 2534
as shown on a map recorded in Book 115; pages 15
and 16 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange

be excluded from C-i~ NEIGHBORHOOD-COMMERCIAL ZONE, and incorpo-
rated in R-3~ MULTIPLE-FAMILY %ESIDENTIAL ZONE.
B~ iT FURTI~R KESOLVED that the City Attorney be, and
he is hereby authorized and directed to prepare and submit to
the City Council an ordinance amending Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code to accomplish the objects herein found and
determined ~o ~e necessary and proper.
