The East I00.00 feet of the North 250.00 feet of the

Northwest quarter of Section 17~ Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on
a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California.
Note: The dedication of this easement is made with
the express reservation restricting the placement of
poles and guy wires within said easement.
