A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS
IN CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE NO. 1610.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did receive a
petition from Robert B. Burrows, 9821 Theresa Avenue, Anaheim,
California, for a zoning variance waiving the required lot
frontage on a dedicated street or alley, on the property
described in said petition; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission having set said
variance for public hearing on numerous occasions and said appli-
cant having failed to attend said hearings and all attempts by
the Planning Department to contact said applicant having failed,
the City Planning Commission did, on May 4, 1964, recommend to
the City Council that all proceedings in connection with Variance
No. 1610 be terminated; and
WHEREAS, the City Council did~ on June 9, 1964, hold a
public hearing on said petition for Variance No. 1610, after
having given due notice of the time and place fixed for said
hearing in the manner and as provided in Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, said applicant having failed to appear at
said hearing and no one having appeared for or on his behalf, the
City Council finds that all proceedings in connection with Vari-
ance No. 1610 should be terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection with
Variance No. 1610 be, and the same are hereby, terminated.
