A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS
IN CONNECTION WITH RECLASSIFICATION NO.
63-64-56.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did, on May 4,
1964, recommend to the City Council that all proceedings in
connection with Reclassification No. 63-64-56 be terminated
inasmuch as the applicants had failed to attend numerous public
hearings scheduled by the Planning Commission on said reclassi-
fication, and the Planning Department had been unsuccessful in
its efforts to contact said applicants; and
WHEREAS, the City Council did, on June 9, 1964, hold
a public hearing on said petition for Reclassification No.
63-64-56 to consider a change of zone ofthe property described
in said petition from R-A, RESIDENTIAL-AGRICULTURAL ZONE to R-l,
ONE-FAMILY ~SIDENTIAL ZONED after having given due notice of
said hearing in the manner and as provided in Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the applicants having failed to appear at
said hearing and no one having appeared for or on their behalf,
the City Council finds that all proceedings in connection with
said reclassification should be terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection with
Reclassification No. 63-64-56 be~ and the same are hereby
terminated.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 9th day of June, 1964.
