A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AREA DEVELOPMENT
PLAN NO. 6 (EXHIBIT "B").
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City
of Anaheim did hold a public hearing to consider Area Develop-
ment Plan No. 6, encompassing an area more particularly herein-
after described, and at said hearing did receive evidence and
reports from persons interested therein and from its staff; and
WHEREAS, within a period of forty (40) days following
the hearing thereon, the Planning Commission did duly announce
by formal resolution its findings of facts and declare its
opinions and reasons for recommending approval of Area Develop-
ment Plan No. 6, Exhibit "B'~; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, summary of
evidence, report of findings and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Council did fix the 19th day of
May, 1964, as the time, and the City Council Chambers in the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim as the place for a public
hearing upon said Area Development Plan No. 6; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports and did there-
upon consider the summary of evidence presented at said public
hearing before the Planning Commission, its report of findings
and recommendations; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine
that Area Development Plan No. 6, Exhibit "B", should be ap-
proved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Area Development Plan No. 6,
Exhibit "B", encompassing all the following described area:
That certain area situated in the City of Anaheim
County of Orange, State of California, more parti-
cularly described as-
A strip of land 50 feet in width on the east side of
Anaheim Boulevard between Cerritos Avenue on the south
and Ball Road on the north, and a strip of land 50
feet in width on the south side of Ball Road extending
from Anaheim Boulevard easterly 418 feet.
be, and the same is hereby approved, subject to the following
conditions:
1. That subject properties shall be developed in accord-
ance with the provisions of the P-L, Parking Land-
scaping Zone; PROVIDED, HOWEVER. that any deviation
shall be subject to the approval of Variance No. 1627
for waiver of said provisions in accordance with
Exhibit "B" of Area Development Plan No. 6.

That all landscaping installed on subject properties
shall be subject to the approval of the Development
Review Board and the Superintendent of Parkway Main-
tenance, and irrigation facilities shall be provided
for said landscaping.

That all temporary waivers of sidewalks pending on
subject properties shall be terminated by the City
Council; and sidewalks shall be installed along
Anaheim Boulevard between Ball Road and Cerritos
Avenue as required by the City Engineer and in ac-
cordance with standard plans and specifications on
file in the Office of the City Engineer.

That all of the conditions or provisions noted on
Exhibit "B" of Area Development Plan No. 6 shall
also be complied with in the development of subject
properties.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the aforementioned and
described Area Development Plan No. 6, Exhibit "B", constitutes
one reasonable and possible method of development of the area
in question, and said Area Development Plan No. 6, Exhibit "B",
represents one possible plan based on the General Plan hereto-
fore adopted by the City of Anaheim and further represents one
possible plan of development consistent with the systematic
execution of said General Plan.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 19th day of May, 1964.
