RESOLUTION NO. 64R- 339
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE PROPOSED REVISION OF
THAT CERTAIN FREEWAY AGREEMENT BATED FEBRUARY .4,
1964, RELATING TO THE PORTION OF THE SANTA ANA
FREEWAY, STATE ROUTE V I I -ORA - 174 -ANA, BETWEKN
THE FULLERTON-ANAHEIM CITY LIMIT AT HOUSTON
STREET AND THE ANAHEIM-ORANGE CITY LIMIT NEAR
STATE COLLEGE BOULEVARD, PERTAINING TO WINSTON
ROAD.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and the State of
California have heretofore entered into a Freeway Agreement
dated February 4, 1964 relating to the portion of the Santa
Ama Freeway, State Highway road VII-ORA-174-Ana, between the
Fullertom-Anaheim City limit at Houston Street and the
Anaheim-Orange City limit near State College Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, Winston Road westerly of the Santa Aha
Freeway has been abandoned in accordance with Resolution No.
63R-390 dated April 23 1963 by the Anaheim City Council;
and ' '
WHEREAS, further engineering studies indicate that
the following revision is desirable, to wit:
Delete the construction of a cul-de-sac on
Winston Road westerly of the freeway.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED and ordered that the
City Council of the City of Anaheim hereby concurs and approves
the proposed revision set forth hereinabove, it being under-
stood that a revised freeway agreement incorporating said
revision is to be entered into at some future date.
