64-308RESOLUTION NO. 64R-308 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 277. WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on October 9, 1962, adopt Resolution No. 62R-885 granting Conditional Use Permit No. 277, permitting the establish- ment and operation of a Hofbrau on the property described in said resolution, subject to certain conditions therein set forth; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that certain of the conditions specified in said resolution and upon which said Conditional Use Permit was granted havre not been complied with by the petitioner; and WHEREAS, the petitioner has requested that said Conditional Use Permit be terminated, inasmuch as he has been unable to obtain an alcohol beverage license from the State of California to operate the Hofbrau. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anahei'm that all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 277 be, and the same are hereby terminated, and that Resolution No. 62R-885 be, and the same is hereby declared to be null and void from and after this date.
