64-283RESOLUTION NO. 64~k-283 A t~SOLUTION CF T~ CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH RECLASSIFICATION NO. 63-64-97. WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did on March 16, 1964 adopt Resolution No. 1088--Series 1963-64 Jn Reclassifi- cation Proceedings No. 63-64-97 recommending to the City Council that the property described in said reclassification proceedings be changed from R-3, MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE to P-i, AUTOMOBILE PARKING ZONE; and WHEREAS, Reclassification Proceedings No. 63-64-89 are also pending proposing to reclassify the same parcel of property as that described in Reclassification No. 63-64-97, to M-l, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE; and WHEREAS, after thorough investigation and consideration of the matter, the City Council find~ that M-1 zoning is more appropriate for said parcel of property and that Reclassification Proceedings No. 63-64-97 proposing to reclassify said property to P-1 should, therefore, be terminated. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection with iieclassification No. 63-64-97 be, and the same are hereby terminated.
