A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY-OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES ~_INCLUDING A SANITARY "sEWER.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit' An easement for ..public util.~ity
purposes,, including a sanitary sewer ;
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has____ offered
to sell and convey the same--~ the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of FINANCIAL FEDERATION. INC.,
a Delaware corporation_ '
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
utility purposes:_includin~_ a sanitary s~we~
, and m~re particularly described as fOllows'
An easement for public utility purposes including a sanitary
sewer easement over, under and across a strip of land 10.00
feet in width, being a portion of the land allotted to the
Heirs of Dominguez in Decree of Partition of the Rancho
Santiago de Santa Ana, recorded in Book "B" of Judgments of
the 17th Judicial District Court of California, in the
County of Orange, State of California, the Easterly line of
said 10.00 foot strip being described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the center lines of Santa
Ana Canyon Road and Placentia Yorba Road as shown on a Map
of Dominguez Estate; thence North 00° 26~ 32"East along the
center line of Placentia Yorba Road a distance of 76.93 feet
to the true point of beginning, said point being the inter-
section of the Northerly right of way line of Santa Aha
Valley Irrigation Canal and the center line of old Placentia
Yorba Road; thence Northerly along the center line of said
Placentia Yorba Road a distance of 565.00 feet, more or less,
to the intersection of the Southerly line of that certain
easement described as Parcel Three of deed recorded September
23, 1963 in Book 6728, page 731 of Official Records of
Orange County.
The center line of old Placentia Yorba Road being the Easterly
line of that portion of land conveyed to Financial Federation,
Inc., a Delaware Corporation, by deed recorded January 25,
1963 in Book 648, page 106 of Official Records of said Orange
County.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said prepe~ty.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED :hat the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, a~d he is hereby, authorized to payto the
owner or owners of ~aid real property, out of ~eneral Funds of
