A RESOLUTION OF THE ci'rY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AWAPd)ING TO RECTOR L. COONS LIFETIME
MEMBERSHIP TO THE ?.~AHEiM MUNICIP~L GOLF COURSE
AND THE USE OF iTS FACILITIES ~'ITHOUT COST TO
HIMSELF.
WHEreAS, ~ector L Coons, Councilman and Mayor of the
City of Anaheim,has faithfully served the City with great credit
~o himself and wi-ch distinction to the City' of Anaheim; and
WHE:i{EAS, Rector L. Coons has expended, diligence and
perseverance on behalf of, and to the great benefit of, the City
of Anaheim in the initiation of outstanding projects and the day-
co-day administration of City government; and
WHEREAS, his dynamic energy and sincere efforts have
been instrumental in making ~maheim the number one city in Orange
County; and
W~[E~iEAS, his foresi&ht and. conscientious effort have
orought, and will continue to bring, developments of inestimable
value to the City's economy and. to the citizens of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that an appropriate
expression of the ~ratz~ude of the City Council smd. the people and
residents of the City of Anaheim to Rector L. Coons will be the
~ranting of lifetime membership to the Anaheim Municipal Golf
Course.
NOW, THEREFOilE, BE IT ~SOLVED by the City Council of
the City of ~!.naheim that Rector L. Coons be and he is hereby made
a life member of the Anaheim Municipal Golf Course and shall be
entitled to 'the use and enjoyment of its facilities free of charge.
THE FOliEGOING i~SOLUTION is approved, and sigmed by me
this 21st day of April, 1964~

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
