UTILITY PURPOSES.

'?~WKREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
~e$irous o~ purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for ~mm~icipa] purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public ut ilit_y~ur~
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have
to sell ~nd convey the same to the City; and
offered
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that 'it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Ar~aheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

State of California, to be used for an easement for road an~

, and more particularly described as f~6ws:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of the Southeast quarter
of Section 2, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the
Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a map
recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California, described as fol-
lows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Southeast quarter
of the Southeast quarter of said Section 2; thence Westerly
along the Northerly line of the Southeast quarter of the
Southeast quarter of said Section 2, a distance of 112.10
feet; thence Southeasterly in a direct line to a point in
the East line of said Section 2, said point being 65.50 feet,
South of the point of beginning; thence Northerly along
said East line 65.50 feet to the point of beginning.
The North line of said parcel being the center line of
Romneya Drive and the East line being the center line of
State College Boulevard.
