PURPOSES.

~,~ E:A,S the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
des£rou, s of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for ~nic'ipal purposes, to wit' An easement for public

W~HEREAS, the owners of said property have
to sell and convey the same--~ the City; and
offered
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the be~.efit and best interest of the City of
a,~,ahe~m to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of STEPHEN E. ROACH and
STELLA C. ROAC_~zH husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for public
utili,t~ u~r oses

An easement for public utility purposes over, under and
across a strip of land 10 feet in width lying within
the West half of the South half of the Southeast quarter
of the Southeast quarter of Section 8, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M.
Excepting therefrom the West 3 acres.
Also excepting therefrom the West 264 feet of that
portion lying East of said 3 acres.
The cemterline of said 10 foot strip being the South
line of the North half of the Southwest quarter of the
Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of said
Section 8.
The Northerly 2 feet and the Southerly 2 feet of the
above described 10 foot public utility easement are
for cross arms and electric power line overhang pur-
poses only.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, a~d he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of ~aid real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, th~ sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
