UTILITY PURPOSES.

des£rous o~ purchasing the hereinafter described real prpperty

~EREAS, the owners of said property have
t:o sell ~nd convey the same t--~ the City; and
offered
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Ar:aheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW~ THEREFORE,~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
the City of Anaheim that the offer of CHLELL L, P,HARRIS and

to sell to the City of Amaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of A~aheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility~oses
, and more particularly described as ~o-~ws~
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Westerly 45.00 feet (as measured
at right angles to the center line of Miller Street)
of that portion of Lot 2 in Block K of the Kraemer
Tract, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 12, pages 87
and 88 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County,
California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Easterly line of said Lot 2,
Southerly 1155.00 feet from the Northeast corner thereof;
thence Westerly 628.65 feet at right angles; thence
Southerly 693.00 feet parallel with the Easterly line
of said lot; thence Easterly 628.65 feet at right angles
to ~he Easterly line of said lot; thence Northerly
693.00 feet along said line to the point of beginning.
For the purpose of this description, the West line of
said Lot 2 is assumed to be the center line of Miller
Street.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
