A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO
THE GENERAL PLAN DESIGNATED AS AMENDMENT
NOo 12 o
WHEREAS~ the City Pl.anning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did hold a public nearing to consider an amendment to
the General Plan in the general location and vicinity of the
property described in Reclassification Proceedings NOo 63-64-23
___ ~ and being generally bounded by:

AIine appz'oximateiy 950 ft. south of Crescent Avenue

.& line approximately 300 ft. east of Magnolia Avenue
on the east~ and
C:::escent Avenue on the north,
and comprising approx$~ately five acres, as shown and
described on Exhibit. ~'A~ dU%~ approved bY' said Planning Com-
mission, and at said ea~g did receive evidence and reports
from persons interested therein~ and '
WHEREAS, following said hearing thereon the Planning Com-
mission did duly adopt a resolution containing a report of its find~
ings~ a summary of the evidence presented at said hearing, and a
recommendation that said amendment to the General Plan, designated
as Amendment NO o 12 ~ be adopted by the City Council; and
WHEREAS~ upon receipt of said resolution, summary of
evidence, report of findings~ and recommendation of the City Plan-
ning Commission~ the City Council did fix the 7th day of
_A~ri! ~ 1964 as t~he time and t. he Council ~ in the~
~-~~--~i~ City of Anaheim as the place for a public hearing upon
said proposed Amendment No o 12 to the General Plan and did
give notice thereof in the manner and as provided by law; and
WHEREAS~, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council. did duly hold and conduct such public
hearing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports and did thereupon
consider the recommendations of the City Planning Commission~ and
WHEREAS~ the City Council does find and determine that
Amendment No° 12 to the General Plan, encompassing the afore-
mentioned and g~ly described property included within the
proposed amendment to the General Plan~ as shown on Exhibit '~A7? ,
duly approved by the City Planning Commission and on file in t~~
City Planning Department~ should be approved°
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Amendment No° 12 to the General Plan,
encompassing the aforementioned and genera~y described property,
as shown on said Exhibit ~A~' be and the same is hereby approved

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Department be,
and it is hereby instructed~ to amend the General Plan Map to
conform to General Plan Amendment No° !2____herein approved°
