A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 63R-520 GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT NO. 423, BY AMENDING THE DESCRIP-
TION OF THE REAL PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit,
on June 18, 1963 adopt Resolution No. 63R-520 granting Condi-
nional Use Permit No. 423 permitting the construction of a
one and two-story multiple-family planned residential develop-
ment, with carports, on Portion "B" of the real property therein
described, and the establishment of a car wash on Portion "A"
of the real property described in said resolution, and permit-
ting a waiver of the Anaheim Municipal Code height limitations
for R-3 and C-1 Zones, on the respective portions of said
real property, subject to certain conditions set forth in
said resolution; and
WHEREAS, thereafter, on October 29, 1963, Resolution
No. 63R-520 was amended by Resolution No. 63R-840, which
granted a waiver of the Anaheim Municipal Code minimum lot
width and lot area requirements as more particularly set forth
in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, the developer of the property on which said
Conditional Use Permit was granted has submitted revised plans
for the development of said property and has requested that a
portion of the property be excluded from said C6nditional Use
Permit; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said request
should be granted and the description of the property contained
in said Resolution No. 63R-520 amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 63R-520 granting
Conditional Use Permit No. 423 be, and the same is hereby
amended by amending the description of the real property con-
tained therein to read as follows:
PORTION "A":
Ail that portion of the West Half of the Southwest
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 17,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M. in the
Rancho Los Coyotes, City of Anaheim, Orange County,
California, described as follows:
1. The Westerly 280.00 feet of said West Half of
said Southwest Quarter, excepting therefrom the Southerly
943.00 feet thereof.
2. The Westerly 235.00 feet of the Southerly 943.00
feet of said West Half of said Southwest Quarter,
excepting therefrom the Southerly 403.00 feet thereof.
3. The Westerly 200.00 feet of the Southerly 403.00
feet of said West Half of Said Southwest Quarter,
excepting therefrom the Southerly 310.00 feet thereof.

of the Southwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as
said section is shown on a map recorded in Book 51,
page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the Office of the
County Recorder of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of the said West
Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
of said Section, being an angle point in the Westerly
line of Tract No. 2537, as per map recorded in
Book 75, page 38 of said Miscellaneous Maps, also
being a point in the Southerly line of Lot 10 of
Tract No 2713, as per map recorded in Book ~1~
page 42 ~f said Miscellaneous Maps, South 89~' 11"
West 4.13 feet from the Southeasterly corner of said
lot; thence South 89° 58' 11" West 387.44 feet along
the Southerly line of said Tract No.. 2713 and the
Westerly prolongation thereof; thence South 0° 40' 06~'
West 642.83 feet; thence North 89° 19' 54" West 45.00
feet; thence South 0° 40' 06" West 311.17 feet; thence
South 89~ 57' 09" East 433.66 feet; thence North 0°
35''08" East 954.02 feet to the point of beginning.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended herein
and as amended by Resolution No. 63R-840 said Resolution
No. 63R-520 be, and remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
