A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A HOUSE MOVING PERMIT TO
M. A. GARTNER TO MOVE A DWELLING FROM 1233
NORTH HARBOR BOULEVARD, ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA
~TO 900 NORTH SABINA STREET, ANAHEIM, CALI-
FORNIA.
WHEREAS, M. A. GARTNER having filed a written
application for a house moving permit to move a dwelling
house from 1233 North Harbor Boulevard, Anaheim, California
to 900 North Sabina Street, Anaheim' California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 31st day of March, 1964 at the hour of 1:30
o'clock P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons resi-
ding within a radius of three hundred feet from the property
upon which it is proposed to move said dwelling house,
building or structure, at least ten days prior to the date
fixed for said hearing, as the names of such owners appeared
upon the last available tax assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all persons interested therein given an
opportunity to be heard, and the City Council having duly
considered said application for a house moving permit, together
with all evidence and reports submitted in connection therewith,
does find that said permit should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the application of said M. A.
Gartner for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house
from 1233 North Harbor Boulevard, Anaheim, California to
900 North Sabina Street, Anaheim, California, be, and the
same is hereby, granted subject to compliance with all the
provisions of Title 15, Chapter 15.32 of the Anaheim Munici-
pal Code relating to the moving of buildings from a point
within nhe City of Anaheim onto a lot within the City of
Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 31st day of March, 1964.
