A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE~CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 64R-44 IN
ilECLqSSIFiCATION PROCEEDINGS NO. 63-64-58.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on
January 28, 1964 adopt Resolution No. 64R-44 in Reclassification
proceedings No. 63-64-58, finding and determining that the
property and area therein described should be changed from R-A,
~IESIDENTIAL-AGRICULTURAL ZONE to R-3, ~PJLTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDEN-
TI_~L ZONE, subject to certain conditions therein set forth; and
W~REREAS~ the City Council finds ~that through inad-
vertence or oversight, the property and area proposed 'to be
~eclassified in said Resolution No. 64R-44 was incorrectly
described, and that said resolution should, therefore, be
amended by correcting the description of the property contained
~cherein; and
W~HERF~AS, the City Council does further find that an
oz~dinance has never been adopted directing said change of zone
and completing said reclassification proceedings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT i-~,ESOLVED by the City Council of
izhe City of Anaheim that ~esolution No. 64R-44 in Reclassifica-
tion Proceedings No. 63-64-58 be~ and the same 'is, hereby
amended by correcting the descz'iption of the pz'operty contained
therein to read as follows'
"The North 425 feet of the West half of the
Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of
Section 12, in Township 4 South, Range !1 West,
in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a map
thereof recorded in Book 51, page 7~ et seq.~
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County;
EXCEPTING the West 310 feet."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects said
~esolution No. o4~x-44 be and remain in full force and effect
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
